Chamber Ambassadors are the official welcoming and outreach group for new and ongoing members. All new members are paired with an Ambassador upon joining.
The environment committee promotes green initiatives and helps businesses adopt environmentally friendly practices in cost efficient ways. The committee organizes the chamber’s signature spring event, the Green Business Awards Breakfast which honors companies and organizations for adopting eco-friendly approaches to doing business.

Make the Right Connections to Build Your Business N3G is a networking and referral group for businesses serving the Newton and Needham area. The group meets on a bi-weekly basis to allow members to share ideas and learn from each other. Members also hold one-on-one meetings to learn more about each other's business. This allows members to build trust and improve their ability to provide each other with quality referrals.

The mission of the Newton-Needham Regional Chamber’s Nonprofit Committee is: to advise chamber leadership on how to best serve and advocate for nonprofit members; design programming and events that will specifically benefit nonprofit members; and create and strengthen alliances among nonprofit members and between nonprofit and corporate members.

The chamber awards two scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors from Newton and Needham. Every spring, the scholarship committee reviews applications and awards the scholarships based on established criteria.
