Chamber Ambassadors are the official welcoming and outreach group for new and ongoing members. All new members are paired with an Ambassador upon joining.
The environment committee promotes green initiatives and helps businesses adopt environmentally friendly practices in cost efficient ways. The committee organizes two signature events annually, the Green Breakfast Awards Breakfast in the spring and the Green Expo, part of Newton's annual Harvest Fair each fall.
A sub-committee of the Board of Directors led by the chamber's treasurer, the Fiance Committee provides oversight of the chamber's budget and financial policies.
The First Tuesday AM Networking Group meets on the first Tuesday of each month. Each member is given a chance to discuss some current part of their practice. The members act as a resource to each other in addition to providing opportunities for referrals. Members may give a more detailed presentation that can be on their practice or educational in nature. Assists the staff with the planning and execution of our annual Children's Charitable Golf Tournament.
A sub-committee of the Board of Directors, the Governance Committee makes recommendations related to board role, composition and by-laws. The committee nominates qualified individuals based on criteria to be elected as board members.

The membership committee is a task force of marketing professionals that work with the chamber's membership director to develop strategies to recruit and retain members, as well as recognize loyal members.
The driving force of the N2 Corridor initiative, the N2 Task Force is a group of public officials, property owners, entrepreneurs, educators, and business leaders in the N2 Corridor. The group develops programming and key initiatives designed to further develop the N2 Corridor as a destination for innovation sector companies, as well as to cultivate a live, learn, work, play culture within the area.

Make the Right Connections to Build Your Business N3G is a networking and referral group for businesses serving the Newton and Needham area. The group meets on a bi-weekly basis to allow members to share ideas and learn from each other. Members also hold one-on-one meetings to learn more about each other's business. This allows members to build trust and improve their ability to provide each other with quality referrals.

The mission of the Newton-Needham Chamber’s Non-profit Committee is: to advise chamber leadership on how to best serve and advocate for non-profit members; design programming and events that will specifically benefit non-profit members; and create and strengthen alliances among non-profit members and between non-profit and corporate members.

The Chamber awards two scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors from Newton and Needham. Every spring, the scholarship committee reviews applications and awards the scholarships based on established criteria.
The Special Events committee plans the chamber's marquee annual events, most notably the annual achievement breakfast and Spring Seasons.

The Newton-Needham Chamber's Young Professionals Group organizes events and creates opportunities for area professionals between the ages of 21-40 to make connections and grow their professional networks. The group hosts monthly after work networking meetups including a Trivia Night, Oktoberfest, and annual toy drive.
